Welcome to Vector Carts! By purchasing or using our battery-operated electric carts through our website (www.vectorcarts.co.za) or in-store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any of our products, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Information
•	Vector Carts offers battery-operated electric carts designed for leisure, golf, and cargo handling purposes.
•	All product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions but do not guarantee that all information on our website is error-free.
3. Purchasing and Payment
•	Orders can be placed through our website or at our physical location. Payment must be received in full before any product is delivered or picked up.
•	Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery and Pickup
•	Delivery options are available within South Africa. Delivery charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
•	Customers can also choose to pick up their carts at our designated location. Please ensure you have the necessary identification and order confirmation when picking up an item.
5. Returns and Refunds
•	Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return products that are unused and in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
•	Custom or modified carts are non-returnable unless deemed defective.
•	All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
6. Warranties
•	Vector Carts guarantees the functionality of its products for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
•	Warranty coverage does not extend to damages caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.
7. User Responsibility
•	Users are responsible for using the carts safely and according to the manufacturer's guidelines. This includes proper battery maintenance and following all local laws and regulations regarding their use.
•	Users must ensure that their electric carts are charged and maintained according to the operational guidelines provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector Carts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to the use or inability to use our products.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vector Carts and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of our products or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
